NCI Torbay was asked by the local Harbour Master to observe a Jet Ski which was ‘doing doughnuts’ too close to a nearby anchored cargo carrier. The carrier had reported their safety concerns to the Harbour Master. The watchkeepers were able to located the Jet Ski as it headed towards Torquay Harbour. The Harbour Master was informed of its approach and advised the watchkeepers that safety information would be given to the user on arrival at Torquay Harbour. The Harbour Master subsequently thanked NCI for their assistance.
