NCI is managed by a Board of Trustees responsible for strategic decisions, oversight and governance in line with the recommendations and requirements of the UK’s Charity Commission.
Day to day management of the charity’s affairs is the responsibility of the Management Executive, whose members are appointed by the Board of Trustees.
Each NCI lookout station is run by a Station Manager, assisted by a Station Secretary, Station Treasurer and up to six other Management Committee members appointed by the Manager. Members may also be appointed to other roles which do not form part of the Management Committee.
