25th March 2023. Station Manager Toy Goddard and the Committee at NCI Wells-Next-The-Sea hosted a get together last night at Wells Hospital for the vonlunteers of the National Coastwatch Institution.

Station Manager Tony Goddard said “This was a get together meeting with fellow watchkeepers with their partners allowing members to meet people we never really know apart from handover time at the station. It was a great evening and the only concern was seeing beads of perspiration breaking out on the forehead of our treasurer as he wrote a cheque. A great night was had by all and it was nice to see our fellow Watchkeepers meeting up again, chatting, having a laugh and of course enjoying the Fish and Chips, Thank you all for making the night a success”
