Incident Summary: 
MOP reported to NCI concern for person on beach. While informing HMCG, casualty jumped from breakwater. 2 fishermen threw life ring, which she held onto. Casualty recovered from water, CG informed.
Ambulance attended, ILB had been tasked to assist. Casualty taken by ambulance, Police, CRT and first responders in attendance.
