Incident Summary:

NCI informed HMCG a RIB, 8 POB, had run aground on ledge. NCI requested to monitor. 2 persons tried to reflect RIB from water - unsuccessful. ILB tasked ,and transferred casualties to LB station.

NCI informed CG that rising tide had almost refloated RIB but crew not returned. Station closed, RIB was afloat but no-one had returned.
