Summary

By the end of 2010, NCI had 44 stations fully operational. 95% of them have achieved Declared Facility Status, duly agreed by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency.

Volunteers completed a total of over 190,000 hours watchkeeping during the year identifying and logging over 462,000 vessels.

207 watchkeepers have so far been awarded 10 years service medals.
Over 12% of watchkeepers are women.
